Job summary

Base Camp Connect is seeking a Compliance, Certifications, and Standards Specialist to bring clarity and structure to a highly regulated environment. You will guide certification processes, interpret standards, and ensure our products evolve within a solid, well-documented framework.

You’ll contribute to making our solutions safer and ready for new markets, while fostering collaboration and credibility across teams in Canada.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
  • 3–5 years of experience in compliance, certifications, standards, or regulatory affairs.
  • Bilingual in French and English with strong analytical skills.
  • Meticulous, organized and able to drive complex projects with clarity.
  • Comfortable with technical documentation in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead compliance, certification, and product conformity processes.
  • Interpret standards and regulatory requirements and translate into actionable steps.
  • Identify gaps and support their integration into product development.
  • Coordinate technical documentation, testing, validations, and communications with external partners.
  • Monitor regulatory developments to support product evolution and commercialization.

your responsibilities
  • Lead compliance, certification, and product conformity processes.
  • Interpret applicable standards and regulatory requirements, translating them into actionable steps for the teams.
  • Identifygaps, recommend necessary adjustments, and support their integration into product development.
  • Coordinate technical documentation, testing,validations, and communications with external partners.
  • Monitor regulatory andstandardsdevelopments to support product evolution and commercialization.
Your Profile
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and have 3 to 5 years of experience in compliance, certifications, standards, or regulatory affairs.
  • You are bilingual in French and English.
  • You are meticulous, organized, and analytical.
  • You excel at advancing complex projects withmethodand clarity.
  • You are comfortable with technical documentation and regulated environments.
