Job summary

Raise is hiring a Compliance and Risk Management Analyst for a client in Toronto/Mississauga, ON. This 4-month contract offers a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site and remote work.

The role focuses on ensuring compliance and managing risk across mobile devices and related services. You will monitor MDM/MAM platforms for availability and compliance, review RBVM dashboards for CVEs, action VMG notices, and maintain an audit-ready environment while updating policy documents and knowledge

Qualifications

• Experience deploying and managing devices via a UEM solution.
• Proficiency with device enrollment in Android, iOS, and MacOS.
• Experience maintaining compliance standards across devices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance and risk management of mobile devices and services.
• Monitor MDM/MAM for availability and compliance.
• Review RBVM dashboard for CVEs and take action as required.
• Process Vulnerability Management Group notices and escalate overdue issues.
• Initiate vulnerability risk findings when needed.
• Maintain audit readiness and update procedures.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Participate in team goals and meetings.

Compliance and Risk Management Analyst

• Location: Toronto/ Mississauga, ON - Hybrid - (On-site and working from home)
• Pay Rate: $59.68/hr - $70.47/hr
• Contract Length: 4 Months with possibility for extension

Responsibilities

• Compliance and Risk Management accountabilities include but are not limited to…
• Monitor Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) services to ensure maximum availability and compliance
• Monitor the Risk-Based Vulnerability Management (RBVM) dashboard to review Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVEs) for mobile OS and app vulnerabilities, and action if/as required
• Review and action email notices from the Vulnerability Management Group (VMG) as required
  • Action Required: New Exploitable Vulnerabilities Discovered
  • IMMEDIATE ACTION REQUIRED: Overdue Exploitable Vulnerabilities
  • ESCALATION: Overdue Exploitable Vulnerabilities
• Initiate vulnerability risk Findings as required
• Upload monthly MDM "Out of Compliance" (OOC) data to Global Risk, then review policies and devices for reconciliation as required
  • RCM - COPE policies and devices review (Monthly)
  • RCM - BYOD policies and devices review (Monthly)
• Monitor the myMobility Compliance Dashboard to review enrollment and policy errors, and action if/as required
• Be aware of and manage identified non-compliance and vulnerability-related incident trends and problems
• Maintain updated procedure documentation, and engage in updating mobile device compliance and vulnerability knowledge articles
• Maintain an audit readiness environment
• Provide recommendations for process improvements. Research and recommend "best practices" that would improve individual or team productivity
• Participate in team performance goals, and promote the concept of team building through daily interactions and team engagements
• Active participation in meetings
• Overtime as required

Must-have Skills

• Experience deploying and managing devices via a Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) solution
• Proficiency or good understanding of the device enrollment process in a Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) solution - Android, iOS, and MacOS
• Experience optimizing configurations and maintaining compliance standards across devices
• Enthusiasm, an aptitude for learning, attention to detail, and the willingness to make a difference
• Ability to take personal initiative (e.g. suggest, propose or devise new ideas and approaches)

Nice-to-have Skills

• An understanding of Windows server operating systems, Microsoft Entra ID, wireless networks and network security
