What you will be doing:
Complaint Management:Receive, review, and assess complaints to determine jurisdiction and regulatory issues.
Resolution & Referral:Resolve cases where possible or refer them to the Investigations Department as needed.
Process Improvement:Identify and implement opportunities for enhancing existing processes and templates.
Communication:Respond to inquiries and prepare both internal and external communications.
Collaboration:Work closely with other departments and assist in preparing monthly statistics and developing new policies.
What you must have:
Educational Background:College diploma or university degree in a related field.
Professional Experience:5-7 years in the insurance industry, with at least 3 years in complaint handling or complex customer service.
Conflict Resolution:Strong skills in managing difficult conversations and resolving conflicts.
Communication:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Technical Proficiency:Proficient in Microsoft Word, SharePoint, and adaptable to new technologies.
Salary/Rate Range: $70,000 – $85,000
