We’re seeking a Compensation Specialist to manage firm-wide compensation expense processes, including budget/forecasting, long-term incentive accruals, regulatory models/reporting, and reporting for senior management and board meetings.

Within the Human Capital Management division, we provide advice and insights to attract, retain, reward, and develop a talented global workforce. This is a Director level position within the Compensation Planning & Analysis team, responsible for firm-wide compensation expense modeling and reporting.

What You'll Do In The Role
  1. Compensation expense planning and forecasting
  2. Coordinate with Financial Planning & Analysis teams for forecasting and reporting
  3. Manage the quarterly CCAR regulatory process, updating inputs, reviewing results, and recording outputs
  4. Oversee deferral structures with the Executive Pay Design team and ensure accuracy in calculations and accruals
  5. Prepare ad hoc modeling and analytics for senior management decision-making
  6. Collaborate with Finance, Payroll, and Compensation teams
What You'll Bring To The Role
  1. Bachelor’s Degree with at least 4 years of related experience, preferably in financial analysis/reporting or compensation
  2. Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and communicate insights
  3. Excellent process and project management skills, with ability to handle multiple projects and adapt
  4. Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Microsoft Access is a plus
  6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

All positions are based in Montreal, Quebec, with a hybrid work model. Knowledge of French and English is required.
