We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Compensation Operations Specialist to support the team leads with a variety of workstreams, partnering closely with system users as well managing the operations as working with the IT department to evolve and enhance the system and processes.
In the Human Capital Management division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools they need to succeed. This is a Director level position within the Compensation Operations team overseeing Compensation Technology and Operational Processes across the Rewards function.

What you'll do in the role:
Working with large sets of confidential data relating to compensation. Conduct reviews, audits of all compensation data, escalate and fix anomalies.
Assist with creating functional business requirements and contribute to test plans and develop user acceptance criteria for feature, user story, and functional delivery.
Participate in testing new development and bug fixes, identifying any issues or disconnects from original requirements.
Provide support and troubleshoot day-to-day issues and questions for users of the system, from front office managers to IT and HR users.
Learn and help support full compensation life cycle, from monthly accruals to year end decision collection and employee communication processes.
Drive and partner with the business in facilitating the Quarterly, Mid-Year and Year-End processes.
What you'll bring to the role:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant course with +4 years of experience in a business analysis type role.
Strong analytical acumen, highly diligent and outstanding attention to detail.
Resourceful, with strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
Comfortable interacting with various stakeholders of all levels.
Proficient in MS Excel, comfortable working with large datasets.
Experience with HR systems, compensation system, and system implementations a plus.
All our positions are located in Montreal, Quebec. We offer a hybrid work environment, combining remote work and attendance in the office.
Knowledge of French and English is required.
