We are seeking a talented individual to join our Compensation Centre of Expertise (COE) at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in London. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Regional Compensation Leader – United Kingdom
The Compensation COE forms part of the People Strategy Team. The People Strategy Team identifies, develops and delivers solutions, and is comprised of six centers of expertise — HR Strategy, Workforce Planning, Talent & Inclusion, Executive Compensation, Broad-Based Compensation and Benefits & Mobility. The People Strategy team delivers informed perspectives and creative solutions; anticipates and helps the organization respond to market, business and colleague needs; and brings a balance of deep technical expertise and consultative approach to identifying opportunities and developing scalable solutions that enable impact.
This role partners closely with Senior Leadership – both within the Business and People Function – of the UK region by providing best in class rewards advisory and consultation. The role will champion and drive the implementation of reward strategies that align with the CoE’s Reward philosophy and that support Marsh McLennan’s overall business objectives. In addition, the role represents the UK across all Marsh McLennan businesses and forms part of the International Rewards leadership team. The Regional Compensation Leader for the UK reports to the Marsh McLennan Compensation Leader.
