Workplace Arrangement

Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week. Applicants must be located in, or willing to relocate to, the specified work location.

About This Team

As part of the Compensation team and reporting to the Senior Manager, Compensation, this role is primarily responsible for supporting compensation programs and initiatives specific to our internal job catalogue and job architecture. The initial focus of the role is supporting the implementation of the framework in Workday and will play a vital role in supporting the creation of change management resources. This role will also support other compensation programs and projects as needed.

A Day in the Life

  • Support in the execution of the high-level vision and strategy for job architecture at lululemon into a global program.
  • Conduct monthly audits to ensure data accuracy ahead of implementation.
  • Support in the re-mapping of job profiles to ensure alignment with new internal job catalogue.
  • Responsible for the monthly invoicing and tracking of external vendor costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Business Partners and P&C Digital.
  • Provide coordination and scheduling support to Program Lead.
  • Support in the creation of education materials and resources for internal Health & Wealth, P&C, and business leaders.
  • Post implementation, provide support across P&C to execute on all new job profile requests.
  • Evaluate jobs in accordance with internal job evaluation framework on a weekly basis and during compensation cycles.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in compensation, ideally in a multinational environment.
  • Post-secondary degree in a related field (e.g., finance, HR).
  • Highly proficient in Excel and building PowerPoint decks.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
  • Highly ethical and able to deal with confidential issues with tact, discretion & confidentiality.
  • Exposure to HRIS (Workday ideal) back-end with a curiosity on how the back-end data comes together.
  • Experience in providing consultation to managers, people professionals, employees, and / or business partners.

Compensation and Benefits Package

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is $66,000-$86,600 ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program subject to program eligibility requirements.
