Position: Compensation and Benefits Manager
LHH is seeking a dynamic and experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our client's team. This role is ideal for a Senior Compensation Analyst looking to transition into a Total Rewards position. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining our client's total rewards programs, including compensation and benefits administration. This position is remote but requires travel to our sites in Ontario, CA, and Texas during key periods such as open enrollment, performance management, merit increases, and renewals.
