Base pay range: $100,000.00 / yr - $120,000.00 / yr

Location: Remote with travel to Ontario, CA, and Texas

Position: Compensation and Benefits Manager

LHH is seeking a dynamic and experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our client's team. This role is ideal for a Senior Compensation Analyst looking to transition into a Total Rewards position. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining our client's total rewards programs, including compensation and benefits administration. This position is remote but requires travel to our sites in Ontario, CA, and Texas during key periods such as open enrollment, performance management, merit increases, and renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Total Rewards Program Development: Support and contribute to the development and maintenance of our total rewards programs, aligning with strategic initiatives.
  2. Benefits Administration: Oversee benefits administration, guiding a strong Compensation Analyst.
  3. Collaboration: Work closely with People Operations, Finance, and Accounting teams to ensure seamless integration of compensation and benefits programs.
  4. Leadership Communication: Communicate effectively with leadership and provide insights on compensation and benefits strategies.
  5. Fast-Paced Environment: Thrive in a manufacturing environment, ensuring timely and accurate execution of compensation and benefits processes.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience: Proven experience as a Senior Compensation Analyst or similar role, with a strong desire to transition into a Total Rewards position.
  2. HRIS Knowledge: Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now (WFN) is required.
  3. Industry Preference: Experience in manufacturing preferred.
  4. Bilingual: Bilingual candidates are ideal for communicating benefits effectively, though not mandatory.
  5. Skills: Ability to work at a fast pace, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and possess strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Travel: Willingness to travel.
