Job summary

Hopewell Support Services in Guelph, ON is seeking a Regular Casual Support Services Worker to assist individuals with developmental and physical disabilities across multiple sites in Guelph-Wellington. This on-site, part-time role offers a compassionate, collaborative team and opportunities for professional growth.

The position includes a competitive hourly wage range ($23.31–$29.29) and benefits such as EAP, group benefits, and RRSP contributions, with up to 25 days of vacation/holiday pay

Qualifications

• Experience working with people with developmental disabilities, dual diagnoses, and complex behavioral needs.
• Must have a valid class G driver's license.
• University or college degree/diploma in a relevant field.
• Flexibility to work varied hours as program needs change.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals to live independently and engage in meaningful activities.
• Provide transportation to individuals via association or public transit.
• Follow Behaviour Support Plans and data collection processes.
• Perform housekeeping and daily living tasks and assist with personal care as directed.

WHMIS/OHSA knowledge
