Job summary

Sienna Senior Living at Heatherwood Retirement Residence in Niagara Region, St. Catharines, is seeking a Server for a temporary part-time role (7:00 AM-3:00 PM, 4 shifts bi-weekly). Rate of Pay: $19.76 per hour.

You will support residents’ health and well-being by assisting with meal preparation and service, ensuring a safe, clean, and pleasant dining experience every day. Join a purpose-driven team dedicated to dignity and daily happiness for Canada’s seniors.

Qualifications

• Must have the Smart Serve designation OR Serve It Right (SIRS) designation (for Saskatchewan locations) and one year experience in dining room service
• Ability to work independently and/or as a member of a team
• Safe Food Handling Certification preferred
• Experience working with seniors and knowledge of the aging process an asset
• Proven customer service skills to work with residents of various cultural backgrounds
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills required
• You must be legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work/study permit
• You must successfully pass a Vulnerable Sector Check and Criminal Records Check
• Sienna Senior Living may utilize artificial Intelligence to screen or assess applicants for this position
