Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse to deliver patient-centered nursing care in our retirement residences across Eastern Ontario. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team to implement and evaluate care plans for residents, ensuring compassionate, high-quality service with a focus on safety and dignity.

The role requires current RPN registration, strong clinical knowledge, and a commitment to teamwork and communication with residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Practical Nurse in the applicable province.
• Experience with seniors and unregulated care providers preferred.
• Knowledge of gerontology, rehabilitation, or long-term care is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide planned, patient-focused nursing care according to provincial standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and communicate with residents, families and staff.
• Develop, implement and evaluate care plans; document changes accordingly.
• Educate, delegate and mentor unregulated care providers.
