Job summary

Steeves & Rozema Group is seeking a part-time Personal Support Worker (PSW) for our Seniors Living Retirement in Lambton County, Sarnia. Compensation starts at CAD 18.43 per hour. The role is in the Clinical department and focuses on resident wellbeing and daily support.

Ideal candidates hold PSW/HCA certification and have a current VSS. The job emphasizes compassionate care, teamwork, and contributing to a resident-centered home environment.

Qualifications

• PSW or HCA certification required.
• Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) within past 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Provide companionship to residents.
• Complete Point-of-Care tasks for each resident.
• Help keep residents' areas clean and clutter-free.
• Communicate resident updates to the care team.
• Support team members during themed days.
• Assist residents at mealtime and provide support as needed.
• Support the team as required.
