Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Experience in home care, retirement homes, or long-term care is preferred.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and transfers.
• Monitor health and report changes to the supervising nurse or care team.
• Provide medication reminders or assistance per care plan.
