Job summary

CarePartners is seeking Personal Support Workers to assist patients in the Wellington area with activities of daily living and in-home care. This role includes driving to patient homes, promoting safety, and providing emotional and cognitive support as part of a collaborative care team.

Candidates should hold a PSW certificate or be enrolled in a nursing program, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to work non-traditional hours.
