Cogir Senior Living Kingston invites applications for Personal Support Workers to join a caring, resident-centered team. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor their comfort, and support overall well-being in a respectful environment.

We require a PSW certification (or internationally educated nurse), current BCLS and First Aid, and a willingness to complete a Vulnerable Sector Check. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Personal Support Worker Certification from a certified educational facility or internationally educated nurse.
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment.
• Willingness to obtain Vulnerable Sector Check.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized activities of daily living support for residents.
• Document care and changes in an electronic health record system.
• Collaborate with nurses and multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
