Job summary
CBI Home Health is seeking a compassionate Personal Support Worker to serve clients in Creemore, Stayner and New Lowell. You will support clients to live safely and independently at home, assist with mobility and light exercises, and document changes in condition for ongoing care planning.

Qualifications
- PSW certificate or valid Home Support Worker certification is required.
- CPR and First Aid certification required.
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance; must be able to travel within Creemore/Stayner/New Lowell.
- Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening within 12 months.
- TB test and immunization record up-to-date.
Responsibilities
- Support clients to live safely and independently in their homes.
- Assist with mobility and light exercises as directed; observe and report changes.
- Perform light housekeeping per client care plans and document care activities.
