Qualifications

• Active LPN license in British Columbia required.
• Experience in long-term care settings preferred.
• Ability to work in rotating day and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Performs assessments and care planning with the multidisciplinary team.
• Administers oral, subcutaneous and intramuscular medications per policy.
• Operates within BC College of Nurses and Midwives Standards and unit protocols.
