Job summary

Northern Health's Bulkley Lodge in Smithers is seeking a motivated Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver compassionate patient care within a client and family centered model.

Under supervision, the LPN performs nursing assessments, plans and delivers care, collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, and may direct other staff. BC LPN registration with BCCNM and 1 year acute care or residential experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license with BCCNM
• Minimum 1 year of acute care or residential experience

Responsibilities

• Apply nursing process, perform assessments, plan and provide nursing care.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and may direct other staff.
• Operate related equipment and computer applications; maintain patient safety.
