Halton Region in Milton is seeking a part-time Housekeeping/Laundry assistant to support residents in Allendale Long Term Care Facility. The role involves cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring supplies are stocked and rooms are disinfected.

Qualificações

• Secondary School Graduation Diploma required.
• Ability to operate housekeeping equipment and observe safety.
• Good verbal and written communication; strong time management.
• Understanding of Residents’ Bill of Rights and LTC standards.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and disinfect resident rooms, bathrooms and common areas.
• Mop and polish designated floor areas and vacuum carpets.
• Empty garbage cans and restock supplies as needed.
• Attend meetings and training; adhere to policies and procedures.
• Work as part of the Resident Home area team and collaborate with staff.
