Job summary

Sienna Senior Living in Fort Saskatchewan is seeking a Hospitality Aide to support residents through hospitality services. You will help prepare and serve meals, respect dietary needs, take orders, and maintain a clean, safe dining environment. You’ll join a team dedicated to treating residents with dignity and compassion in a home-like setting.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Safe Food Handler’s Certificate or willingness to obtain one.
• Commitment to compassionate support for seniors.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in food service from institutional, healthcare, restaurant, or hospitality.
• All applicants must pass the Vulnerable Sector Check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of meals, and serving meals to residents.
• Follow residents' diets and food preferences.
• Take menu orders from residents.
• Set and clear tables in dining rooms.
• Adhere to proper food handling techniques.
