Job summary

Sienna Senior Living in Canada is seeking a Hospitality Aide to enhance residents' daily life by delivering hospitality services, preparing and serving meals, and maintaining a safe, clean dining environment.

You will follow dietary needs, take menu orders, and support a home-like atmosphere where every resident is valued. The team emphasizes dignity, comfort and respectful interactions.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 Diploma or recognized equivalent is required.
• Valid Safe Food Handler’s Certificate or willingness to obtain.
• Commitment to providing compassionate support for seniors.
• Detail-oriented with strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in food service from institutional, healthcare, restaurant or hospitality.
• All applicants must pass the Vulnerable Sector Check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of meals, and serving meals to residents.
• Follow residents' diets and food preferences.
• Take the menu orders from the residents.

Who You Are

• Grade 12 Diploma or recognized equivalent is required.
• Have a valid Safe Food Handler’s Certificate or willing to obtain
• You are committed to providing compassionate support that provides seniors to live their lives to the fullest
• You are detailed-oriented coupled with strong customer service skills enabling you to effectively communicate with residents and staff
• You may bring experience in food service from institutional, healthcare, restaurant, or hospitality
• All applicants must successfully pass the prescribed Vulnerable Sector Check.
