Job summary

Sienna Senior Living in Airdrie is hiring a Health Care Aide for the Alberta community. You will support residents with daily living activities, build meaningful relationships, and help them live with dignity and comfort.

Reporting to a Wellness Manager, you will work in a fast-paced long-term care environment, contributing to a culture that values respect, inclusion, and resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a Health Care Aide program from an approved college.
• Strong ability to build relationships with residents and families.
• Ability to provide bedside care and assist with activities of daily living.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist residents with daily living activities such as eating, dressing, hygiene.
• Provide resident care and support, including mobility aids and basic medication assistance under supervision.
• Support resident comfort, cognitive and emotional well-being, and engagement with programs.
