Job summary

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking passionate Personal Support Workers to join our exceptional team. You will provide compassionate care to clients in Grand Bend, Port Franks, Thedford, Forest, Arkona and surrounding areas.

Successful candidates will work 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. or 3:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m., with flexible full-time or part-time options and opportunities for career advancement, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• PSW diploma or equivalent (evidence required).
• Excellent communication skills in English; French required for Quebec/service locations.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care per established care plan and ensure emotional, spiritual, physical comfort and safety of clients.
• Perform duties within provincial PSW scope, including bathing, feeding, mobility assistance, and medication reminders where applicable.
• Observe and document client conditions and report changes to supervisor.
• Adhere to infection prevention practices and protect client confidentiality.
