Qualifications

• Recognized Health Care Aide certificate/diploma.
• Current Basic Life Support Provider certification.
• WHMIS certification as required.
• TDG certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic health services and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Support palliative, end-of-life, and comfort-focused care.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to licensed staff.
• Document services and client responses accurately.
• Assist with medication-related supports when within scope and plan.
