Qualifications

• Completed Health Care Aide program from an approved college.
• Detailed-oriented and proficient in bedside care.
• Demonstrates tact and diplomacy when working with residents, families, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident supervision and assistance with activities of daily living as per care plans.
• Deliver resident care and services, including supporting mobility and communication aids.
• Support resident comfort and well-being through cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual care.
