Job summary

Dounemount Care Home is part of BELSIZE HEALTHCARE LIMITED, a division of Care Concern Group, and is recruiting a Care Assistant to provide person-centred support for residents. This role emphasizes dignity, independence and wellbeing within a tranquil setting.

You will assist with daily living activities, follow care plans and work as part of a caring team. Training and ongoing development are provided to support your journey into care.

Qualifications

• Caring, compassionate and respectful approach.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• SVQ Level 2 desirable or willingness to work toward.
• Previous care experience beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support daily living activities including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing.
• Follow care plans to deliver safe, responsive and person-centred care.
• Contribute to a warm, supportive environment within a close-knit team.
