Placements24 is seeking a caring Community Support Worker to assist elderly individuals in their homes in the Kimberley region. The role focuses on companionship, daily living assistance, and promoting independence and dignity within the client’s own environment.

You will provide emotional support, help with daily tasks, and support social engagement, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care for seniors in the community.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in aged care or community support preferred.
• Caring, patient, and reliable disposition.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of the needs and challenges faced by the elderly.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in clients' homes.
• Basic first aid knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities
