The CSW will ensure the well-being of the individuals and promote their growth and development. A key component of this job is to support the individuals to learn the skills they need in their physical, social, emotional and daily life skills development.
The ultimate goal is to increase their independence and support their success in the community.
Plan, develop, implement and evaluate activities with the individuals focusing on self-determination, rights, emotional well-being, interpersonal relations, material well-being, personal development, physical wellbeing and social inclusion.
The CSW strives to create a fun and enjoyable atmosphere in order to encourage individuals’ participation.
