  • Conduct follow-up assessments.
  • Resolve conflict situations.
  • Implement behaviour management programs.
  • Liaise with other social services agencies and health care providers involved with clients.
  • Maintain program statistics for evaluation and research.
  • Accompany clients to appointments and social outings.
  • Provide personal care.
  • Maintain accurate records.
  • Assist students to develop life skills.
  • Develop individualized education and intervention plans based on special needs of client to facilitate readaptation and independence objectives.
