Community Program Builder – Community Addiction Services at St. Joseph's Hospital, Estevan. Full-time, Permanent. Shift: Days, Nights, Evenings, Weekends. Pay Band 9: $21,380–$22,890 (3-step range). Position #: 190790.

Responsibilities

The Community Program Builder works collaboratively with diverse and marginalized community members and organizations to facilitate the transition from program supports to self‑empowerment, independence, and community connections.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1 year of related life skills experience or experience working with family services or social services (e.g., culture/recreation, service clubs, inner‑city/community or school programs).
• Education: Grade 12.
• Competencies: communication skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, basic computer skills.
• Knowledge & Abilities: knowledge of poverty issues and ability to work in a group setting.
• Other: Valid driver’s license where required.

Benefits & Compensation

Standard hours; 112 hours per 3‑week rotation. No relief or float. Salary according to Pay Band 9 $21,380–$22,890.
