Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart Inc. in Surrey, BC is hiring a Pharmacy Manager on duty to supervise operations, provide consultations to customers and health care providers, dispense medication, and support dispensary maintenance.

You will ensure privacy, compliance, and accurate dispensing; coordinate with health professionals; manage workflow and records; and help drive customer service excellence within a locally owned store that benefits from a national brand.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operations of the Pharmacy while on duty; dispense medication and provide consultations to customers and health care providers
• Ensure privacy requirements are met and patient confidentiality maintained
• Practice to full extent of expanded scope with Professional Services as capabilities allow
• Maintain records and documentation in accordance with laws and SOPs
• Oversee workflow and inventory, including stock levels and drug orders
• Coordinate with health care professionals to support patient care
