Job summary

Independent-Living-Services-Simcoe-County seeks a Personal Support Worker / Attendant for a temporary existing full-time days position. You will assist clients at home with daily living activities, following care plans, and supporting independence in the community.

Requirements include PSW certification or equivalent, First Aid/CPR level C, and reliable transportation. Compensation is $26.28/hour with weekend/overnight premiums and travel perks.

Qualifications

• PSW certification or nursing credential, or 3000 hours in community/healthcare.
• Current First Aid and CPR level C, Vulnerable Sector Check completed.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license for client visits.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with non-medical ADLs and IADLs in their homes.
• Support independence and dignity while following individual service plans.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries; ensure safety.
