• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or those requiring specialized support.
• Experience working with ceiling lifts (preferred).
• Access to vehicle or reliable means of transportation

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, shaving, and personal hygiene.
• Assisting with meal preparation as well as helping with eating and drinking.
• Repositioning and assisting with mobility, including using a ceiling lift for wheelchair transfers.
• Administering medication as prescribed and monitoring client health.
• Supporting daily routines and activities.
• Performing light housekeeping duties, such as basic tidying, doing dishes, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Assisting with bathroom needs

This role focuses on enhancing the quality of life by supporting daily activities and promoting independence for a young adult in his 30s with a physical disability. If you love working with people but prefer a flexible schedule over a traditional 9-5 job, this position may be perfect for you. We are looking for open and friendly individuals who can provide personal care during afternoons, overnights, and some mid-mornings on both weekdays and weekends

Duties
As a Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, shaving, and personal hygiene.
