Carecor is seeking dedicated and compassionate Community Personal Support Workers to join our community care team. In this role, you will travel to clients’ homes to provide high‑quality personal care and support that empowers individuals to live safely and independently in their own environment.
As a PSW with Carecor, you will assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, toileting, and medication reminders. You will also provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, companionship, and emotional support. This position is ideal for Personal Support Worker who is confident working independently, adaptable to varied client needs, and committed to delivering dignified, person‑centered care.
You will follow individualized care plans, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate key observations to supervisors or care coordinators. Area of Work: Successful candidates will be seeing clients in person in the rural area of Prescott and surrounding areas.
Availability: Standard working hours are Days (6am – 2pm) and Evenings (2pm -10pm). Employees need to be available to work every other weekend (2 weekends a month).
Must be fully bilingual in English and French, with the ability to conduct professional communications in both languages.
