Job summary

Hireology seeks a Manager of Community Partnerships in Kelowna, BC. This part-time role offers 8–16 hours per week with potential growth. Base wage is $22–$24 per hour plus a 5% commission on billing hours for eight weeks for each new client acquired through outreach.

The role focuses on building trusted relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations, expanding referral pathways, and raising brand visibility in the Okanagan.

• Self-motivated and organized with the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Genuine passion for supporting seniors and families in the Okanagan.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with physicians, clinics, case managers, and senior-serving organizations.
• Conduct regular outreach visits, presentations, and check-ins with referral partners.
• Identify new partnership opportunities within Kelowna’s healthcare and community ecosystem.
• Represent the agency at community events, workshops, and senior-focused initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Director of Community Partnerships to execute outreach strategies.
• Track outreach activities, referral outcomes, and client acquisition metrics.
• Maintain a professional, compassionate presence in all interactions.
• Support brand awareness through partnerships, presentations, and community education.
• Provide leadership with feedback on emerging opportunities, gaps, and community needs.
