We are seeking a Manager of Community Partnerships to help build trusted relationships, increase referral pathways, and support our long‑term growth. This role works closely with our Director of Community Partnerships and Client Services team to ensure our agency remains a respected, visible, and valued resource in the community.
The Manager of Community Partnerships is responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, senior‑serving groups, and referral partners throughout Kelowna and the surrounding area. This role is ideal for someone who is naturally warm, confident, community‑minded, and comfortable representing our agency in public settings.
Your work directly contributes to increasing client inquiries, strengthening referral networks, and expanding the number of families we support.
This is a part‑time role starting at 8–16 hours per week, with flexibility to increase hours as community partnerships grow and referral activity expands. Additional hours may occasionally be required for community events, presentations, or high‑value outreach opportunities.
