CarePartners is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Registered Practical Nurses (RPN) for part-time community roles in Kincardine, Ontario, and surrounding areas. You will provide nursing services in home, clinic, school, or retirement settings, with flexible hours and on-call rotation.

We offer a supportive team, ongoing education, a competitive wage grid including per-visit and hourly ranges, plus mileage paid at $0.48/km. Valid CNO registration and a valid driver’s license are required.

Competenze

• Registered RN or RPN with current license in Ontario.
• Please have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Excellent English communication (oral and written).

We are looking for RNs and RPNs.

This is a Part-Time position in the Kincardine, ON and surrounding areas.

Hours of work are 8 am - 8 pm within a 2-week rotation inclusive of weekends, weekdays, and on-call work.

Wages

• For Registered Nurses (RN)- This position offers a competitive compensation grid, with progression based on hours worked and role-specific criteria. The RN per general visit range is $ 27.81 to $41.07and the RN hourly range is $32.08 to $47.38. Placement within the grid will be determined in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as the candidate’s knowledge, skills, qualifications, and relevant experience.
• For Registered Practical Nurses (RPN) - This position offers a competitive compensation grid, with progression based on hours worked and role-specific criteria. The RPN per general visit range is $ 23.66 to $29.48and the RPN hourly range is $27.17 to $33.37. Placement within the grid will be determined in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as the candidate’s knowledge, skills, qualifications, and relevant experience.

What The Role Involves

• Developing and maintaining an effective Care Plan with respect to Community Health Services, independently or in cooperation with the Ontario Health atHome.
• Working with patients (both in-person and virtually) to provide exceptional nursing services
• Providing services in a variety of settings which may include in-home, clinic, retirement home or school
• Communicating and liaising with patients, family members and others within the interdisciplinary care team
• Performing other clinical duties as required

What You Bring

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) degree or diploma
• Current College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) registration in good standing
• A strong desire and commitment to making a difference in the lives of our patients
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• A valid driver’s license and vehicle as regular travel is required
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• CPR Certification
• Current immunization record including 2 step TB test
• To protect our patients, we require a current vulnerable sector check and a clear background check
