Job summary

Home Care Assistance in Innisfil, ON is seeking an experienced RPN for a community client with pediatric tracheostomy, g-tube, and ventilator needs. The overnight shift runs Sundays 10:30 PM to 7:30 AM.

You will provide medication support, perform assessments, and document care in collaboration with family and supervisors. Requirements include current CNO registration, valid First Aid/CPR, and a recent Police Vulnerable Sector Check.

Qualifications

• Current CNO registration and in good standing.
• Valid First Aid/CPR certificate.
• Completion of a Police Vulnerable Sector Check within the last 6 months.
• Experience with pediatric g-tube, ventilator, and trach is an asset.
• Must have a current license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and reassessment.
• Utilize medical technology and equipment such as g-tube, ventilator, and trach.
• Provide medication support and administration.
• Complete reports and document and care notes regularly.
• Communicate with family and supervisors about changes in client care.
• Meet the Standards of the College of Nurses of Ontario at all times.
• All other duties, as assigned.

We are seeking an RPN for a community client in Innisfil. The shifts are every other Sunday 1030pm to 730 am Monday .Awake overnight . This assignment requires experience with pediatric tracheostomy care and knowledge of medical technology and equipment. The client has high complex needs and is medical technology dependent.
