ParaMed Home Health Care in Lindsay, Ontario is seeking registered nurses (RN) and registered practical nurses (RPN) for community visits to care for patients in homes and other settings. You will assess needs, monitor care plans, and support patient independence.

Travel within a designated area is required and on-call coverage may be required to ensure patient safety and timely care delivery. This role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Formación

• Registration with the CNO as a Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse in good standing.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is required.
• Experience in delivering community care is an asset.
• Reliability and flexibility.
• Willingness to travel to and from patient residences within a designated area.
• On-call coverage, including after hours to ensure patient safety and meet needs.
