As the Community Manager, you will foster a strong and positive community by exercising judgement and discretion in supervising on-site operations and building meaningful relationships with residents. You will direct and manage the building team, fostering an environment of high standards, deep support. The Community Manager establishes work standards and procedures and makes decisions regarding resident relations and property operations to ensure the building operates efficiently and maintains high standards of service
Our salary ranges and bonus percentages are determined by job family and level. Base salary is determined by a combination of factors including, but not limited to, education and training, years of relevant experience, and internal equity.
