Job summary

Creative Circle is seeking a Community Manager to lead our Reddit strategy in a 12+ month, full-time onsite role in downtown Toronto. You will develop content strategy, govern playbooks, and partner with legal, risk, and communications to shape brand conversations.

The ideal candidate understands Reddit culture, runs scalable engagement programs, and can coach internal teams. Strong writing and stakeholder management are essential, along with AEO/SEO awareness to optimize responses and AMA

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Reddit culture, communities, and engagement.
• Experience in social media, digital marketing, or platform program management.
• Experience developing playbooks and governance models.
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with AEO/SEO principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the Reddit content strategy, including priority content topics and engagement approach.
• Maintain a comprehensive playbook including platform best practices, tone of voice, and engagement guidelines.
• Develop the blueprint required to scale Reddit participation across the organization.
• Provide coaching and advisory support to internal partners engaging on Reddit.
• Manage brand-level comments and responses (non-business specific), in partnership with legal, risk, and communications teams.
• Educate on Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) best practices into incorporate into Reddit responses.
• Plan and manage Ask Me Anything (AMA) programs throughout the year.
• Track performance, identify insights, and continuously optimize our Reddit strategy.
