Job summary

Compass Communities is seeking a part-time Community Maintenance professional to join our nationwide portfolio of residential communities. Reporting to the Community Manager, you will ensure work orders are completed and common areas are kept clean and safe, with a role that supports multiple sites across Canada.

Applicants should have 1+ years of relevant maintenance experience, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license with access to a company truck.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive a company truck.

Responsibilities

• Complete all work orders as directed by the Community Manager/ Maintenance Manager.
• Request and review quotes from external contractors as needed.
• General maintenance tasks including mowing, snow removal, pruning, painting and minor repairs.
