Job summary

WeWork Montreal West is seeking a Community Lead to become the heart of our on-site Community team, driving hospitality excellence and member satisfaction.

You will collaborate with Leasing, Building Operations and Security to deliver outstanding service, manage events, and support revenue growth tied to tenant retention.

With a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 3+ years in hospitality or multisite retail, you’ll lead with initiative, communicate clearly, and adapt quickly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience as stated.
• 3+ years in hospitality, multisite retail, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proven project management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver elevated hospitality by anticipating member needs and ensuring a positive journey.
• Lead on-site operations and ensure high standards of safety and maintenance.
• Partner with Leasing to showcase building benefits and support occupancy.
• Collaborate with Security to uphold safety protocols and improve service delivery.
