Job summary

WeWork is seeking a Community Associate to be the on-site face of our community. You will report to the Community Lead and support the Community Management team by greeting members, guiding guests, and helping maintain a welcoming environment.

Your role will involve coordinating events, engaging members, and assisting with building operations to keep daily life smooth and productive. Ideal candidates have 1+ years in hospitality, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hospitality experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service and/or sales experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk Management: greet members, sign-in guests, assist with inquiries, and uphold guest policies.
• Events & Membership Engagement: gather feedback, promote events, and connect members.
• Building Operations: manage mail, keys, deliveries, and basic emergency equipment checks.
