Job summary

WeWork Canada is seeking a Community Lead to drive hospitality, member engagement, and operating excellence across our buildings. You will lead a team to deliver elevated service, manage tours with Leasing, and identify renewal opportunities using data-driven insights.

The role requires 3+ years in hospitality or multi-unit retail, excellent communication, and the ability to work onsite five days a week in a fast-paced environment, focusing on member satisfaction and business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using data to inform decisions and improve member satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver elevated hospitality by anticipating member needs and ensuring a positive experience.
• Lead on-site operations to maintain service standards and safety.
• Collaborate with Leasing to conduct high-impact tours and drive occupancy.
• Analyze data to inform decisions that boost member satisfaction and retention.
