Bayshore HealthCare is seeking compassionate Personal Support Workers to deliver in-home care to clients across Grand Bend, Port Franks, Thedford, Forest and surrounding areas in Ontario.
Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, monitoring health, maintaining accuracy of documentation on Samsung/Android devices, and following care plans with a focus on dignity and safety. A Home Support Worker certificate or equivalent is required, along with a valid driver's license.

Area of Work: Successful candidates will provide services to clients in Grand Bend, Port Franks, Thedford, Forest, Arkona, and surrounding areas.
Availability: Successful candidates must be available to work either 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Home Support Worker certificate or equivalent (evidence required)
Excellent communication skill with fluency in written and spoken English
French proficiency required for positions located within Quebec or where French language is a service requirement
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle.
