Qualifications

• Personal Support Worker diploma or equivalent (evidence required).
• Excellent communication skills in English; French proficiency may be required where applicable.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle.
• 2 supervisory references and a clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening may be required.
• TB negative proof may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide home- and community-based personal care to clients.
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility as needed.
• Document care delivered using provided mobile devices.
• Collaborate with clinical managers and schedulers to ensure high-quality care.

• French proficiency required for positions located within Quebec or where French language is a service requirement
