Bayshore HealthCare in Canada is seeking passionate Personal Support Workers to join our team, delivering compassionate, client‑centered home care across Grand Bend and nearby communities. This full‑time role offers afternoon shifts from 1:00 p.m.

to 9:00 p.m., with guaranteed hours and a four‑week ramp‑up period. You will support clients of all ages, document care with mobile devices, and collaborate with a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Personal Support Worker diploma or equivalent (evidence required).
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
• French proficiency required for positions located within Quebec or where French language is a service requirement.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle.

Area of Work:

Successful candidates will provide services to clients in Grand Bend, Port Franks, Thedford, Forest, Arkona, and surrounding areas.

Availability:

Successful candidates must be available to work from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. This is a guaranteed hours position. This position is full-time with a guarantee of 60 hours bi-weekly. Education:

Personal Support Worker diploma or equivalent (evidence required)

Successful candidates who are offered a position will be required to provide:

• 2 supervisory references
• A clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening
• Proof of being negative for TB.
