Job summary

Yee Hong is seeking a Program Manager/Assistant Director of Home Support Services to coordinate day-to-day community support. You will oversee service delivery, collaborate with teams, and ensure quality outcomes for clients.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in social services or health care, 2 years experience, CPR certification, and a clear vulnerable sector police check. Bilingual English and Chinese is preferred, with some travel and possession of a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social services, health care, activation, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience in social services or health care; supervisory experience an asset.
• Knowledge of working with seniors.
• Computer proficiency with assessment software, AlayaCare, and Microsoft Office.
• Current CPR Certificate required.
• Satisfactory Police Reference Check with vulnerable sector screen.
• Ability to communicate in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day coordination of Home Support Services to the community.
• Travel occasionally and use of own vehicle as part of service delivery.
