Qualifications

• Graduate degree in a health or social services field is required.

• Experience with low-income and priority communities.
• Ability to work in a diverse, multilingual environment is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Engage marginalized community members to identify health priorities and plan strategies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address service gaps for immigrants and newcomers.
• Use diverse engagement strategies to promote health education and community development.
• Facilitate workshops, information sessions, and provide referrals and advocacy.
• Mobilize community resources and build coalitions to strengthen capacity.
• Develop and maintain information resources and educational displays.
